Sales Tree is the consulting and export brokerage venture I co-founded to support Greek food and beverage producers in international markets.
The work connects sales and export support with operational organisation and strategic advisory. The aim is not activity for its own sake, but a stronger commercial system that the business can execute reliably.
My role focuses on strategy, operating-model design, sourcing, negotiation, buyer relationships and the alignment between market commitments and delivery capability.
